WORKING TOGETHER

Union members organizing, marching, attending conferences and working together has been an essential part of the growth of the Labor movement in America. When the pandemic made that difficult, we founded LaborStrong.live to act as a virtual gathering place— a way to connect members across the nation. We have now developed into the premier online platform for Union members, as well as their supporters and prospective employers.

WHY UNIONS MATTER?

Unions provide workers with a collective voice to negotiate for better wages, benefits, and working conditions. By promoting workplace safety and advocating for social justice issues, unions make a positive impact not just on their members, but on society as a whole.

WHO ARE WE FOR?

Working for a union is a source of pride. We created LaborStrong to give union members a platform to share their voices and experiences, connect with other like-minded individuals, and access a range of resources to support their professional development. LaborStrong is here to support and empower you in your journey towards a better future for all workers.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

Union interest is higher today than it has been in nearly 50 years. The best way to show your support is help share our stories, contribute to them yourself, and participate in events around the country that show the power and value of organized labor.
